During their visit to New York for a special performance at Carnegie Hall, we produced and photographed a portrait series featuring famed Kabuki actor Hayato Nakamura and musician Denjiro Tanaka VII. Shot in Downtown Manhattan by Omi Tanaka, the images place both performers in Goldwin garments, framing a contemporary exchange between classical Japanese performance and modern technical design.

Produced by Sesame Projects, the series supported Goldwin’s sponsorship of An Evening of Traditional Japanese Arts at Carnegie Hall, using this opportunity as a cultural bridge between tradition, performance, and global modernity.
